Job Description: This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving business growth through strategic planning and customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, multi-outlet coordination, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences across diverse service styles.

B.                         KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, track & control costs, and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry related health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage budgets, review financial reports for multiple outlets.

Reporting to Chief Executive Officer

D.                         QUALIFICATIONS   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 10-12 years of related experience in the same related field.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools, Micros, Omega, squirrel, BIM and other P.O.S systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
